Locking writes appConfig/unpaid = true. Every app install shows a
full-screen UNPAID page on its next launch or within a few seconds if it is
already open. The lock is cached on the device, so it also applies offline and
after a relaunch. Nothing inside the app can clear it — only the Unlock button
here.
